Established in 2015 as a disruptor to the Executive Search industry.  Our aim was to provide, and still is,  an opportunity for clients to transition from the traditional search pricing methodology and embrace a transparent and more agile approach.

We select and partner with search consultants who have proven industry and sector experience. We work with a wide range of SME’s to dynamic global organisations.  

Our industries include FMCG, Food & Ingredients, Media, Manufacturing,  Automotive, Security & Risk, and Technology successfully filling business critical, covert and strategic hires.
