The talent identified is shortlisted and presented in a thorough interview summary report, identifying and highlighting candidate’s suitability for the role.
We are driven by integrity and ensuring our clients receive a return of their investment. Our policy is to invoice at the end of each month for the work that has been achieved, not a high retained fee up front. You simply pay for the hours worked and a completion fee once the successful candidate starts. Should a talent mapping project convert into a full search, the cost of the mapping project will be included in the total fee payable.
